It is easy to follow our shipping policy. 

We ship only within Continental US, all orders under $90 are charged a $10  Orders over $90 are charged 10% of the total order for shipping.  Items are very well packed and in most cases shipped UPS ground. Some items under 1 pound may be shipped Parcel Post First Class and are not trackable at this time.
